Return and Refund Policy

Returns of Faulty Items

You have exactly ten (10) working days to realize that your ALALEON product is faulty. Then you have the option to accept from us a replacement by the same type of product, subject to availability or to fully refund you. Refunds for faulty items can be made within fifteen (15) working days following delivery.

Returns because you changed your mind

You have exactly ten (10) working days following the delivery of your order to change your mind. Then you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Please know that PERSONALIZED and CUSTOMIZED items are excluded from the refunds policy.

Returns and Refunds Procedure

In any of the above cases please email us at returns@alaleon.com including:

  1. Your name and surname
  2. Your email
  3. Your phone number so that we contact you directly and as soon as possible, if necessary
  4. Your order number
  5. If possible, pictures of the product on the condition that you have it prior to sending it to us

General Refund Rules and Information

Refunds for returned products will be made within ten (10) working days of the return of the product, to the credit/debit card or bank account used for the purchase. Please note that your bank/financial institution may take longer to record the transaction.

Unfortunately, shipping fees, additional duties or taxes cannot be refunded.
