Shipping Policy

Shipment Time

All orders are delivered within five (5) to ten (10) working days depending on product’s availability and destination place. Usually, products within Europe are shipped within five (5) working days and it takes seven (7) to ten (10) working days for us to deliver your ALALEON purchase if you live in any other beautiful country outside of Europe.

For customized products please allow us ten (10) to fourteen (14) working days.

Mind you that we are not shipping or delivering on weekends or public holidays.

We have to be honest. It might be some wonderful time during the year (e.g. Christmas) when we may experience a high volume of orders. Then shipments may be delayed by a few days. Rest assure that we will contact you via email.
