Warranty Policy

ALALEON products are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and it covers only our manufacturing defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect of take care instructions:

1. Avoid contact with cleaning, skin, hair products and water in general
2. Remove it before swimming (in sea & pool), bathing and engaging in any form of physical work and exercise (i.e. gym)
3. Apply any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewelry
4. Store your jewelry separately in its pouch, box, bag or use a zip lock bag as exposure to the air and environment can cause tarnish over time
5. Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills or in the bathroom
6. Clean your jewelry only with a dry cloth
